An Organic Lunch

This is what I found and cooked up for lunch. It's so nice to have more time to cook!


Ingredients from the garden, the cupboard, and refrigerator:
  • spiral noodles
  • steamed kale fresh from the garden w/ pumpkin seeds and raisins
  • olive oil w/ herbes de Provence
  • avocado
  • grated jack cheese (from Radiance Dairy)
  • garnish of chopped cilantro fresh from the garden
  • lightly salted
  • slices of fresh chappati
Everything was organic and yummy! Wonderfully fresh vegetables--walk to the garden, cut the vegetables, then cook.
